Masto Control documentation
Masto Control is inventory and small-batch production software for craft makers and small manufacturers - candle, soap, cosmetics, food and jewellery businesses of roughly one to ten people. It tracks raw materials by purchase lot, turns recipes into real per-unit costs, records production batches, and follows the finished goods out through your sales channels.

How costing works, in one paragraph
Every material purchase forms its own lot carrying the price you actually paid, its purchase date and its expiry date. When a production batch consumes a material, Masto Control takes the oldest lot first and charges the batch at that lot's real cost, not at an average or an estimate. A recipe can carry a waste allowance on each line, and a recipe version that has already been used in production is locked, so last season's costs stay true. See BOM cards for the detail.
