Notifications

Masto Control surfaces time-sensitive events in-app so you don't have to go looking for them.

The notification bell​

The bell icon in the top bar (next to the Docs link and your avatar) shows a badge with your unread count. Opening it lists recent notifications; mark as read or mark all as read clears them.

Notifications are triggered by:

  • A material dropping below its minimum stock
  • A finished product or ready item dropping below its production warning threshold
  • Subscription or payment alerts (Admins only — trial ending, payment failed, access frozen)
  • An incoming Shopify order
  • A Shopify integration whose sync has been failing
  • A new user joining the workspace
  • A production batch completing
  • A stock audit finding a discrepancy

The avatar menu​

Clicking your avatar (top-right) opens Profile and Log out — the same place your account settings and sign-out control have always lived, just consolidated into one dropdown instead of a separate logout icon.
