Audit log

The Audit Log is a record of who did what, and when, across your workspace — every create, update, and delete action, with the user, action, resource type, and resource ID. Filter by user email or resource type to investigate a specific change.

This is the place to check when stock, a price, or a permission changed unexpectedly and you need to know who made the change.
